Should I buy a SNES Classic?

[Released: 1990] The SNES was the best-selling console of the 16-bit era despite its relatively late start and the fierce competition it faced. The console was able to run some of the first three-dimensional video games on consoles, beginning with Star Fox.

Should I buy a SNES Classic?

Post by /snes »

Wondering if I should buy a SNES Classic.
Don't have enough money to get an original SNES and tons of games and a CRT to delay input lag, so I feel like the Classic would be a good-enough replacement. And I like that when modded it can play almost everything from the Atari 2600 to DS and PS1 (at least i think so). The only reason I'm kinda on the edge about getting one is the fact that I can emulate all of those on nearly everything I have. I do really like all the menus and charm of it though, and the near perfect replicas of the controllers.
What do you think? Should I get one?
