Want to install SSD into my Original Xbox

I have softmodded my 1.0 Xbox with Rocky5's softmod but I have not done a TSOP flash hardmod yet. I have changed my Hard Drive Key to all 1s and I have also backed up my EEPROM via FTP. I have already ordered a 24" 80-Wire IDE cable, an IDE to SATA adapter (with slave and master switch), and some blank DVD-Rs.
What would be my next steps if I want to replace the 8gb IDE drive in my Xbox with a Kingston A400 240gb SSD?
