Can you burn online psx ROMs onto a disc to play on the console?

I still have and love my psx console but my two favourite games were lost during a move. I have so many blank CD's and DVD's laying around and could find the ROMs online to play on an emulator but is it possible to burn those ROMs onto discs for the console? Sorry if this question has been asked before. I'm struggling to find an answer for this online that isn't about copying from a physical disc.
For anyone wondering, the games are ESPN Extreme Games and Warpath: Jurassic Park
