are there any SNES cartridge adapters?

are there any SNES cartridge adapters?

I recently bought an SNES and was wandering if there are any adapters for it to play NES games on it? I've only found 1 i think called Retrobit but it's a little pricey and I saw questionable reviews. Anything I'm missing? Appreciate any help!
