Trying to remember a PS1 game I played years ago

I was remembering this PS1 Game I played nearly a decade ago but for the life of me I can't remember what is was called. I'll provide a rough image of what I remember it looking like but the gameplay was an arcade shooter of sorts. You controlled an angular ship that you could rotate on a octagon axis and you shot stuff that was in your way. It did have a multiplayer mode but that's as much as I remember. If you can tell me the title and/or show me footage of this game, that would be much appreciated. (Sidenote: I remember it being particularly colorful)
