Rts game

[Released: 1994] Sony entered into an agreement with Nintendo to develop a CD-ROM attachment, for the Super Nintendo. Due to contractual problems it was never released, and instead, a modified version was introduced by Sony called the PlayStation.

Hey guys i need help. I remeber a game for PS1 it was rts and it had 3 playable races, it was kinda dark i remeber there were like bugs as units and biotech humans? It's been a really long time but that game has been stuck in my head for a while. The other thing i remeber was on the campaing mode where you were playing as a ''yellow bike''? trying to sneak trhu the enemies and find your allies. Please help me I've been on the google search for like 7 days now.
