Plex doesn't work when I connect through my computer but works on my phone.

Hey guys,
So I set up Plex on my RPI, I put a media on it but when I want to watch it from my computer it doesn't work while it's working on my phone.
I tried to disable ad blocker just to see if it was the issue but still not.
My RPI is connected through ethernet and my computer too (I tried to switch my computer to wi-fi but again, nope).
