Genesis “high definition graphicsâ€￾ av cable

Hey all… I am looking to buy a sega genesis model one “high definition graphicsâ€￾ version. A lot of the consoles on eBay do not have an av cable included. Does anyone have a link for a cable that would fit this? I heard the first version of the model one and the updated high definition graphics version have different ports, and I would like to get the right cable. Most listings on Amazon do not specify “high definition graphics.â€￾ Thanks.
