Help with motorola atrix 4g laptop

(please direct me to the right subreddit if this is the wrong one, i have already tried two other ones) I have my raspberry pi and the motorola atrix 4g laptop. I have the proper cables (i think) but the motorola laptop does not seem to turn on. The charging cable is in. I suspect there is something wrong with the battery. Message me if you need pics.
