Pi4B with usbc docking station?

Post by /RaspberryPi »

Hello,

Can the pi4b make use of a USB-C (thunderbolt) dock?
Amazon.com: Anker Docking Station, 777 Thunderbolt Docking Station (Apex, 12-in-1, Thunderbolt 4), Max 90W Charging for Laptop, 20W Power Delivery, Single 8K, Triple 4K Display, 10Gbps Data, Ethernet, Audio, SD : Electronics

Tried connecting via the USBC port on the pi, but that might only be for charging.
Tried connecting the dock to the usb3.0 ports via an adapter. It detects all of the peripherals okay, just not the displays.

I'm guessing the pi doesn't support thunderbolt. It'd be sweet to use my pi4b with my work docking station though.
