How much can I safely overclock with the Canakit fans and heatsinks?

How much can I safely overclock with the Canakit fans and heatsinks?

I'm trying to overclock to:
over_voltage=6
arm_freq=2000
gpu_freq=750
I'm using the fans and heatsinks from the Canakit starter pack (https://www.amazon.com/CanaKit-Raspberr ... B07VYC6S56). I don't know if anyone here knows about how effective the heatsinks and fan are.
