Rasperry pi pico adafruit not working correctly

Hello all,
I have reset my pico via the reset button.
After that I wanted to move "adafruit-circuitpython" back to the pico, this also worked.
However, there is nothing on the pico afterwards except a file named "boot_out".
The pico is then also called CIRCUITPY.
Also with older versions of adafruit circuitpython it does not work either.
How can I fix the problem?
It seems that it is not circuitpython but the pico.
