Need help, is there an environment variable for the RPi Pico ?

Hey all, sorry if it's the wrong sub, there aren't really any dedicated subs for the Pico. So I'd like to make a project """portable""" for multiple embedded devices, so I'd like to be able to do device specific stuff. Is there an environment variable that I can use in C such as #ifdef PLATFORM_PICO // of course it doesn't exist but you get the idea ? Thanks !
