Problem booting Pi 4B after upgrading Fedora 36 to use 5.18.6

I'm having trouble booting after doing that upgrade. It keeps cycling in a 2-3 second loop. I believe the board is OK because I was able to boot from a different drive. I'd like to try 5.19, but don't know a way to get there at the moment. Any suggestions? Thanks.
