Has anyone modded MVSX with 19" or 20" LCD?

I'm really hoping to upgrade the stock 17" display in my MVSX to either a 19" or 20" LCD panel. Has anyone successfully (and cleanly) modded their MVSX with a larger screen? In my mind, the ultimate mod for this cabinet would be a larger display, a MiSTer running the Neo Geo core, beefed-up audio with headphone jack, and a Suzo Happ coin door.
