Can’t resize partition with gparted live

Can’t resize partition with gparted live

I have a recalbox image and I’m trying to upgrade mem card sizes. When I restore it, the extra space from the new card is unused. The system appears as follows: Partition 1 - recalbox Partition 2 - shared Random 1 GB partition Unused space
I have tried moving the 1gb partition and even after applying this change (and with the unused space immediately after my share) it would not allow me to change the size of part2
