How do I make all RAM usable on Raspberry Pi 4B running Windows 11?

How do I make all RAM usable on Raspberry Pi 4B running Windows 11?

I installed Windows 11 on my Raspberry Pi 4B (4GB RAM) and the settings says: Installed RAM: 4.00 GB (2.92 GB usable)
I tried to turn on "Maximum memory" option in BOOT Advanced Options but after restart it still says: Installed RAM: 4.00 GB (2.92 GB usable) (nothing changes)
