is my breadboard defective?

Post by /RaspberryPi »

I have a Pi Pico, with a breadboard (from a different brand) that came in a pack with everything I need for tinkering. I made a simple contraption so that a LED would turn on, it doesn't. I have tested the pico itself, by uploading a micropython script to change its on-chip LED, and it worked. However the LED doesn't.
This is what I know:
- The Pico isn't defective
- The LED isn't defective
- The wires aren't defective

I *think* I did the wiring correctly, but am not sure, so here are some images https://imgur.com/a/XGyHhdy
