Broken AV output

Hey yall I'm having some trouble with my console and was wondering if anyone knew what's up! Currently my console is struggling to output sound and visuals to my TV. I have to wiggle the cord around in order to get it to display, but once it shows it will display for a while. I might need a new cord or I might need whatever aperaturatus is necessary for AV output, if anyone has insight tho please let me know!!!
