Question: Is there any chance to run NTSC game on PAL

[Released: 1988] The Sega Genesis was Sega's most successful console; though Sega has never released a total sales figure quote. Several add-ons were created including the Sega CD and Sega 32X which extended its capabilities.

So I am fairly new to collecting and found Skeleton Krew on eBay. I so much wanted to have one. Immediately and impulsively placed an order. Few minutes after I just realized what I did. I bought the game from the United States and I am based in Europe.
Do I have any options to make use of this game, rather than it being on display and resell?
