No PICTURE ON OSSC

Hey all, so I decided to give my neo geo AES and cmvs a go on my OSSC and I am getting no picture, weird thing is it always just popped up before on generic 4x mode now nothing, are there any specific setting in the OSSC I have to turn on/off to get it back?
