Mvs4 was working a week ago. Now only monitor turns on and credit lights for 1 second. Help!

About a week i go i let it run for a couple of hours but to get it to start i had to turn it off and on like 2 times but now the only thing that happens is the credit lights will flash on for a second and only the monitor stays on. Any recommendations on how i should diagnose this problem or any solutions?
