Xeno Crisis purchased rom on MVSX… any tips?

Has anyone managed to get the purchased Xeno Crisis rom from Bitmap Bureau store working on the MVSX… that would be willing to help me out?
I’ve tried what I can think of to get either the Neo Geo rom sets or the Megadrive rom to work (both purchased from Bitmap Bureau), but can’t seem to figure it out.
I’ve seen one video of it working on an MVSX, but the OP has not provided any info, and does not respond… so wondering if someone else is willing to give me some pointers on using one of the roms.
