100000 blocks gone from 128 gb

[Released: 2011] The 3DS is similar to the DS, but is capable of projecting stereoscopic 3D effects without the use of 3D glasses or additional accessories. A redesigned "XL" version of the console was also released.

100000 blocks gone from 128 gb

I have just formatted my 128 gb to (fat) and I think that 1040000 (one million fourty thousand and something) blocks should be open. But I only have 951000 blocks available. I have a free kirby game and 2 free to start games but why is almost 100 thousand blocks missing?
