Quick question for the pros...

I'm a huge metal gear fan and my son is too now. I'm just getting some conflicting info on line about the preloaded games. A lot of the information seems to be directed to the mod community. So, is if I buy this so my kid and I can finally play mgs together, is it just on there or do I have to go download stuff or something? Kids played everything but the original and that **** just will not stand. Plus, I'll be able to hit with a "Kept you waiting huh?" Thanks!
