Arcade Stick Pro and Nintendo Switch using GameLinq buttons.

I am trying to play Street Fighter Anniversary on my Nintendo Switch using the NeoGeo Arcade Stick Pro with the GameLinq. Street Fighter requires you to use the 'minus' button to insert a coin. This made me realize that there is no button for 'minus' when using the NeoGeo Arcade Stick. Am I wrong? How do I play Street Fighter on my Nintendo Switch using my NeoGeo Arcade Stick? I fear I wasted $30 on a GameLinq.
