I can't get Project Eris to work for the life of me.

I was able to make do with Bleemsync (and am downloading it to see if I can get it working straightaway like I did a year and a half ago), but Project Eris refuses to work with me.
I was able to get the PS Classic converted to the Project Eris format, but using the desktop software to try to implement more games has been one of the worse experiences.
Game.ini mismatched, requesting discs that I don't have, the system not liking my PNG and CUE files for whatever reason. I didn't think this newer face of the ps classic modding scene could give me so much sass.
All I can hope for is that Bleemsync works as I remember because if Bleemsync doesn't work, I guess I'm out of the realm for modding my PS Classic.
