Help needed: is this a TN or IPS display?

[Released: 2011] The 3DS is similar to the DS, but is capable of projecting stereoscopic 3D effects without the use of 3D glasses or additional accessories. A redesigned "XL" version of the console was also released.

Hi! I've been looking for a New 3DS XL to buy, and now I've found a pretty decent one. Unfortunately it's a 45m drive away, so I want to know for like 80% sure the upper screen is IPS.

I really can't see it clearly. The seller said she thought the upper screen was TN and lower screen IPS.
