Arcade Stick Question

I have 2 nygacn arcade sticks. They need 35 MA to run each. Retroarch recognizes it then it disconnects. Wondering if an OTG will solve that. Works fine on my PC. Is it a power draw issue? Anyone know? My USB hub is plugged into a 2.1 A charger and the PSC is plugged in a separate 2.1 A charger. I am looking to put together my own DIY low budget Arcade Cabinet.
