Beast Wars Transformers: Transmetals PS1 not working

I am new to PS1 Classic moding but when I try the game Beast Wars Transformers: Transmetals and it dose not work. It plays the video when you boot up the game and gets stuck on a black screen. Need help
Also the same thing when I make a custom eboot for my PSP 2000 with the same game with the same issues.
