Is $75 dollars worth it for a NTSC Sega Master System II

Have a option to get a sega Master System II. I have the first one and I’m a collector and was offered a Sega Master System 2 for $75, is it worth it? I’ve been looking around and prices seem to range from about $60-$250. I know that the second one is more rare then the first one (US at least) but I can’t really tell the difference.
