3ds select button issue

3ds select button issue

Hey all,
I have an issue with the Select button of my 3ds, which means whenever I try to play original DS games (or VC Gameboy game) the screen does that stupid resize thing.
Is there any way to disable the screen resize without digging around inside the console and fixing the button?
