PSP won’t turn on.

So recently my PSP kinda died. My PSP E1000 won’t turn on, I tired to keep turning it on for 20 minutes and most times it stays black, but occasionally it will have the boot screen and then nothing. My charging cord has always worked in the past, I’ve tried charging it overnight. So I thought I could get some help from here.
