Looking for an odd mod

[Released: 2011] The 3DS is similar to the DS, but is capable of projecting stereoscopic 3D effects without the use of 3D glasses or additional accessories. A redesigned "XL" version of the console was also released.

Looking for an odd mod

I have daily migraines and I know that blue light can make headaches worse. I want to know if there’s any mod kit or anything to have a New 3DS cut out blue light. I’m a beginner modder but I’m willing to pay someone in the Philadelphia area to mod my 3DS for me.
