Controller stick HELP

[Released: 2005] As the second console from Microsoft, the XBOX 360 completely sold out upon release in all regions except in Japan. About 33% of all consoles became defective making it the most unreliable console ever created.

Controller stick HELP

my Controller sticks are not going back to central position when you let them loose,so when i push forward and let go of the stick its keeps a bit forewards,this is sometimes a pain in the butt with the right stick because then the creens starts to rotate. i Try to screw loose the controller and wanted to clean inside-maybe it would help- but the screws are fucktup- NO idea why, because i never unscrew them- SO i CANT unscrew the controller and clean inside, ANY1 has another idea or had the same problem?
