EUR 3DS XL motherboard, where to buy?

[Released: 2011] The 3DS is similar to the DS, but is capable of projecting stereoscopic 3D effects without the use of 3D glasses or additional accessories. A redesigned "XL" version of the console was also released.

EUR 3DS XL motherboard, where to buy?

Hello.
I broke my girlfriend her 3DS XL motherboard so now I need a new one but I only can finds USA versions and I don’t know if I can use a USA board in this EUR 3DS. Do the EUR games work and what about the e-shop?
And what are good sources for a EUR motherboard or USA motherboard if it does not matter.
