What's the best custom firmware for PSP 3000?

What's the best custom firmware for PSP 3000?

I was wondering if custom firmwares help improve performance on the PSP.
What's the best one for PSP 3000? I'm currently using pro, dont know much about firmwares, dont wanna miss out on the other great ones.
