All digital, mostly; didn't trust myself to not sell games when I needed cash and now I still have every game I've bought over the years. The ability to organize and make folders like this is one of the biggest things missing from the Switch I think, and the badges made it all the better.
Still got a ways to go as far as clearing off my wish list, but if I end up not getting another game I don't think I'll be all that upset
