Praise the Nintendo gods. Super Mario Maker 2 will feature the ability to play online with your friends.
Last month, a Nintendo representative mentioned that you would not be able to play with or against your friends in the game online, with that feature instead being restricted to local play. As such, it was expected that online play would be limited to playing against random strangers.
