PCE Ports

Hey folks I like having the best ports of games in certain generations and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts of what games were better on TG16/PCE vs say Genesis and Snes Ports. E.g Shinobi or Rondo? Anyone have any suggestions on which games were better on TG16/PCE?
