WTB: Burgertime to Jamma Adapter - please help!

I’m looking to see if anyone knows where I can buy one of those adapters that allows one to use their Burgertime pcb on a Jamma cabinet (setup). I know some KLOVâ€￾ers here build them but does anyone know someone who actually sells them?

I’m trying to help a local arcade restore their game for their 3rd year anniversary. This is one of the missing components. I hope someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.
