Cannot save retroarch config file on bleemsync 1.1

In the bleemsync 1.0 I set retroarch to run at 16:9 always. When I update it to 1.1, this configuration is gone and every time I try to save the config file it said failed to save. I have removed the read-only attribute for all files within the drive.
Have this happen to anyone. If so, how did you fix it?
