19 in 1 monitor help

Hi, I have a defender cab currently working with a bootleg sf2 pcb. I bought the 19 in 1 horizontal jamma but can't figure out how to hook up the jamma board to the crt currently in the cab. It appears the pin hookup is different. Current setup has a kortex board and the pins are 5 or 6 really thin pins but the crt hookup on the 19-1 is 4 thick pin input. I tested the jamma board separately with a via hookup and lcd monitor and the board works fine. Is there some converter I can buy to get it hooked into the art in my cabinet.
