All my profiles disappeared?

[Released: 2005] As the second console from Microsoft, the XBOX 360 completely sold out upon release in all regions except in Japan. About 33% of all consoles became defective making it the most unreliable console ever created.

All my profiles disappeared?

Like the title said, all of my profiles disappeared, and when I try to redownload them it says “Sorry, there’s a problem with the credentials that you’re using to sign in.â€￾ The error code is 801540A9
