Retroarch display problem

When I view Retroarch on my TV it appears the Retroarch window is larger than my actual TV screen. It's like Retroarch is being cut off by a small amount around the edge of the TV. If I'm not conveying this properly, think of it as the PS4s display area option and being able to resize the image to fit your screen better.
What's the video option that'll fix this issue? I've messed with it and googled it with no real answers. Thanks in advance.
