2ds Help

[Released: 2011] The 3DS is similar to the DS, but is capable of projecting stereoscopic 3D effects without the use of 3D glasses or additional accessories. A redesigned "XL" version of the console was also released.

2ds Help

I already have an old 3ds that works fine. I want to get a new system though that I know will last a long time. The eshop has the mario kart bundle to get the new 2ds xl for $150. I'm not interested in the game.
Is this a good price for a new system? Will the price for a new system go down or up in the future anytime soon?
