Is there something going on with the 3DS eshop ?

[Released: 2011] The 3DS is similar to the DS, but is capable of projecting stereoscopic 3D effects without the use of 3D glasses or additional accessories. A redesigned "XL" version of the console was also released.

I've been trying to access Nintendo 3DS's eshop but it keep saying error code 005-4305 and I can't access Nintendo Support either because apparently the site is undergoing maintenance
