Issue is it’s stuck at the xbmc loading logo. I remember i messed something up when updating xbmc via FTP back in the day, dunno if it was a corrupt file or simple clumpsiness. Anyhow it wont load. Thing is the DVD drive is kaput. I’ve got a couple more classic xbox both softmodded and factory fresh.
Was thinking on changing DVD drive for a working one and loading some kind of bootable disc to reinstall a dashboard. Will this solve anything? Is this even possible? Been outside of the scene for the original xbox for quite some years now and honestly i’ve forgotten pretty much eveything :(
