tomb raider unfinished business on psc?

Hi, does anybody knows if it's possible to play tomb raider unfinished business on PSC?
It was made possible to play it on ps1, so is there a way to convert that files into bin that works on PSC? https://www.tombraiderforums.com/showthread.php?t=194134
