Looking for information about the physical release of Silver Valley

Fellow Master System lovers, please help me. I noticed some physical copies of Silver Valley were made, but I can't find any information about how. Were these made by the developer, or with the consent of the developer? And did they come with instruction booklets? I've seen a box and cart but no instructions so far. If anyone has this game or knows the circumstances the carts were made in, I would be grateful if you could share the details. Thank you.
